Our Micro Groups have a maximum of three students while our Private Lessons are one-on-one with a tutor. In both lesson structures, all students are taught according to their personalised learning goals.

In 2003, Principal Sia started MWNS in a family living room with one table, a few students, and a clear goal: to help kids feel confident.
Her experience in both public and private schools, combined with a Bachelor of Education from the University of Sydney, inspired her to offer a more personalised way of learning – one that adapts to each child’s pace and potential.
What began as a passion project has grown into 7 thriving centres across NSW, supported by a dedicated team of Centre Managers and over 90 experienced tutors.

How do I decide between a Micro Group or Private Lesson?
Can I enrol my child into online and in-person lessons?
Yes, your child can switch between attending their usual lesson online or in-person at any time with no need to notify us in advance.
What’s your approach to tutoring?
How do I know if this will work for my child?
You’ll usually know after the first few lessons. Our tutors are skilled at building connections quickly and making learning feel enjoyable again.
How do I track my child’s progress?
After each lesson, you’ll receive a detailed progress report via the Parent Portal. You’re welcome to speak with your child’s tutor before or after lessons, and your dedicated Centre Manager checks in regularly to ensure your child is on track, answer your questions, and provide extra support whenever needed.
Do you offer trial lessons or assessments?
If your child would like to see what tutoring is like, you can start with a single lesson. We also provide a free assessment to understand their learning needs. There’s no pressure or obligation to enrol afterwards – just the chance to see if MWNS is the right fit.
