What are the tutoring fees at MWNS?
- Primary (K – Yr6): Micro Group $62/hr | Individual $92/hr
- Secondary (Yr7 – 10): Micro Group $66/hr | Individual $98/hr
- Senior (Y11–12): Micro Group $68/hr | Individual $98/hr
What enrolment options are available?
We offer 3 simple enrolment options to suit different needs:
Fortnightly (our most popular plan with weekly lessons at a set time and teacher)
- Direct Debit via EziDebit (no extra fees unless a payment fails)
- Pause with 2 weeks’ notice – your child can still attend during this time
- Lessons roll over automatically to the next term
Termly (great for families who like planning ahead and paying upfront)
- Pay for the full term by bank transfer or over the phone
- No pausing available mid-term
- Re-enrol each term during the enrolment window
Single Lessons (perfect for short-term needs like exam prep or busy schedules)
- Book up to 6 days in advance
- Pay upon booking
How many lessons do most families book?
The majority of students attend two lessons per week – one for Maths and one for English.
What if my child can’t attend a lesson?
No problem. With 24 hours’ notice (or a doctor’s certificate), lessons can be rescheduled through the Parent Portal or directly with your Centre Manager.
Who will be teaching my child?
Our Central Coast tutors are trained, caring educators with Working With Children Checks. They teach with passion and consistency, sharing lesson notes and ideas as a team. Every student’s plan is guided by Centre Manager Ms Marianna.
Do you work with students from my child’s school?
Most likely. We support students from schools right across the Central Coast, including Terrigal Public, Avoca Beach Public, Erina Heights Public, Gosford Public, Wamberal Public, Holgate Public, Lisarow Public, Our Lady of the Rosary, Central Coast Grammar, St Edward’s College, Terrigal High, and Kincumber High – just to name a few.
What resources are used during tutoring lessons?
We have a huge resource library – over 15,000 items. These include hands-on tools, practice exams, worksheets, educational games, and digital resources tailored to each student’s needs.
Do you provide homework?
Yes. Around 30 minutes of homework is given per lesson. The amount can be adjusted depending on your child’s workload.
