We know what it’s like to want the best for your child, because MWNS has been family-run since day one.

MWNS began in 2003 when educator Sia Goutzas set out to create a place where every student felt valued. With a Bachelor of Education from the University of Sydney and experience in both public and private schools, she developed a personalised approach that adapts to each child’s pace and potential.

Over time, her husband and three daughters joined the mission, making MWNS a true family effort. Today, what began with one table has grown into seven thriving centres across NSW, led by Sia, her family, and a team of over 90 dedicated tutors – all welcoming every student with warmth, care, and a commitment to their success.
