What technology do we need at home?
A reliable device, internet connection, webcam, and microphone are all your child needs — a headset is useful but not essential.
How soon will I see improvements?
Many parents see their child’s confidence rise after just a few lessons, and progress becomes clear in future tests or school reports.
How do I track progress if I’m not in the room?
After every lesson, tutors upload detailed notes to the Parent Portal so you can see what was covered, how your child went, and what’s planned next. You’re always welcome to speak with your child’s tutor at the start or during a lesson, and your centre manager is available from 12–8pm on weekdays for any questions about enrolment or progress.
Do we have to commit to a full term?
You can enrol for the whole term, book a single lesson for one-off help, or join ongoing fortnightly lessons (the most popular option) which can be paused anytime with two weeks’ notice.
Can lessons be rescheduled?
Yes – with 24 hours’ notice. Make-up lessons can be booked through the Parent Portal or directly with your Centre Manager.
