Our trusted in-centre tutors also teach online, using our custom-built platform for live, interactive lessons. Nothing is prerecorded — every session is personalised, engaging, and designed to help your child feel confident and supported.
What technology do we need at home?
Just a computer or tablet with internet, webcam, and microphone. Headphones help reduce distractions, but aren’t essential.
How soon will I see improvements?
Families usually notice their child’s confidence grow early on, while school results and reports soon reflect the improvement.
How do I track progress if I’m not in the room?
After each lesson, you’ll find detailed tutor notes on the Parent Portal outlining what was taught, how your child went, and what’s coming next. You can also chat with your child’s tutor before or during lessons, and your centre manager is always available between 12–8pm on weekdays to discuss progress or enrolments.
Can lessons be rescheduled?
Absolutely. With 24 hours’ notice, you can reschedule lessons via the Parent Portal or by reaching out to our admin team.
