In Maths Beyond the Classroom, your child becomes the designer of their very own theme park – planning rides, food stalls, tickets, and more using real maths skills. Through hands-on projects and games, students explore how measurement, budgeting, mapping, probability, and problem-solving all come together to bring their park to life.

Who is this course suited for?
This course is ideal for students in Years 1-6 who want to understand how maths applies to real life. It’s great for students who enjoy hands-on learning, need a confidence boost, or benefit from seeing maths in a more practical, engaging way.
How many students are in each class?
Workshops are kept small, usually between 4–8 students. This ensures every child gets individual attention while still enjoying the fun and energy of a collaborative group environment.
Can my child attend online instead of in person?
Yes, your child can attend online. We offer an online option where students complete the same activities, receive real-time guidance from their tutor, and stay engaged throughout the session.
What should my child bring to the course?
Just a pencil case, water bottle, lunch, snacks and lots of curiosity! All course materials and activities will be provided by MWNS.
Will my child take home resources after the course?
Yes, students will take home a pack of activities and notes to help them continue using what they learned at home and in the classroom.
When should we enrol to secure a spot?
Because our small class sizes allow for personalised attention, spots can fill quickly. We recommend enrolling as soon as possible to secure your child’s place.
